Return Process

  Initiate Request

  Log in to your account or contact our customer support within 10 days of delivery to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Pack the Article

  Place the unused footwear or accessory back into its original Bata box along with the original invoice and any promotional tags attached.

• 3.
  Ship or Drop-off

  Send the package back to our central warehouse via a traceable courier service, or visit the nearest Bata flagship store for an immediate size exchange.

  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our team verifies the product's condition, we will process your refund via bank transfer or issue a digital coupon code within 7-10 working days.
